After a psychological breakdown that changed my life at 17, I made myself one promise: to do everything I can to find peace and happiness.
Diving into every self-help book I could find, I began exploring the essence of spirituality, getting trained by multiple teachers and spending hours and hours on the meditation cushion. What brought relief and freedom didn't still this insatiable desire for becoming a "better" or "higher" version of myself.
I became obsessed with seeking growth — until life forced me to slow down. Against my will, I surrendered the constant seeking and striving, and developed a more grounded, heart-led, and integrative approach to personal and spiritual evolution.
My entire journey has led me to this point — helping high-achievers and busy professionals take time to pause and truly connect with themselves at a deeper level, beyond the sole need to perform, achieve, and succeed. Through transmissions of presence and intuitive coaching, I support those who yearn for inner peace and their most real and authentic way of life.
Through one-on-one work, live meditations in Boulder, and long-form conversations on The Quiet Edge, my intention is to remind others of their innate wholeness — and the fact that real happiness is a matter of simplicity.
